I heard about this and just found this story.
"When the IndyCar Series spectacle rolls into Edmonton this week for the 11th stop on its 17-race schedule, its teams, drivers and sponsors will be going all out to try to be first to the checkered flag while also pursuing more funds for various charities."

The 21st annual Darrell Patterson Volunteer Challenge golf tournament, played July 17th at Eagle Bluff, once again raised between $20,000 and $30,000 for Santa For All Seasons, a local charity which takes care of the emotional and physical needs of hundreds of foster kids and other abused and neglected children in the Chattanooga area.
